Founder and CEO of Whose Apple Empowerment Center (Grand Rapids, Michigan), Linda F. Williams has a Bachelor’s  Degree in Organizational Leadership from Calvin College.  She also has a Masters of Social Work (Clinical) and Graduate Certification in Substance and Alcohol Abuse from Western Michigan University

A former Professor of Human Services at the University of Phoenix, she has 32 years of federal service in public administration.

Her doctoral studies in Criminal Justice at Capella University focused on ex-offender reintegration with an emphasis on the special needs of female offenders.

Ms. Williams’ clinical philosophy holistically combines psychological, physiological, and spiritual implications of the Proverb that says, as a man thinks, so is that man.  She has the insight to recognize how traumatic and painful experiences can lead to self-defeating behaviors that short circuit our God-given character, talents, skills, and abilities; all necessary to realizing purpose, fulfilling our missions, and advancing God's Master Plan.

A protégé of Grammy Winning Songwriter and Arranger, Eugene Record (Chilites); Ms. Williams had three song releases by the Chilites:  You Take the Cake, Do What You Want, and Hard Act to Follow, all co-written with Mr. Record, who had international hits with Oh Girl, Have You Seen Her, Soulful Strut, and For God’s Sake We’ve Got to Get More Power to the People. Ms. Williams lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan; has two grown children, and three grandchildren.
